Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, melted unsalted butter, and unsweetened almond milk until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until a thick batter forms.
Transfer the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
