Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing the onion and green bell pepper, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the beef mixture. Cover for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster or skillet until golden.
  7. Assemble the Sloppy Joes by scooping the cheesy beef mixture onto the toasted buns and serve immediately.
