Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for topping
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped nuts optional

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch Baking Pan

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Stir until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  6. Mix together cinnamon and granulated sugar for topping. Spread the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
