Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and egg. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir over medium heat until combined. Add cornstarch mixed with water and stir until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Once meatballs are cooked, transfer to a serving dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
