- Gather all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, almond butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and spoon the mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let chill for 1-2 hours until firm.
