Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir well until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese with a spoonful of the oat mixture until smooth, then incorporate back into the main mixture.
  4. Layer half of the oat mixture in a jar, add half of the strawberries, and dollops of cream cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
