Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by boiling, grilling, or baking until fully cooked, then shred it.
  2. Make the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Assemble the wraps by laying a tortilla flat, adding the chicken mixture, veggies, and rolling tightly.
  4. Serve the wraps on a platter, garnished with chopped peanuts.
