Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces or cooking it if using raw chicken.
  2. Make the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Assemble the wraps by placing shredded chicken and peanut sauce on a tortilla, adding vegetables, and rolling it up tightly.
  4. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with remaining peanut sauce on the side.
