Method
 

  1. Combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Toast slider buns. Assemble sliders with a patty, spinach or arugula, and the top half of the bun.
