- Marinate the skirt steak in a mixture of orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and garnishing with fresh cilantro.
