- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In a pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes until they float. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini and steak back into the skillet. Toss gently until well coated in the sauce and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
