Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and add cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and stir until creamy.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
