- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and add cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and stir until creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
